Owner chef Min Kim was born in South Korea. In Korea he worked at various modern asian cuisine, where he perfected the skills of asian.
Min moved to Australia in 2013 and trained in modern Australian and Asian restaurant and cafe around Sydney. He then got the opportunity to work alongside award-winning chefs, He also worked big hospo group, where he learned French cooking techniques and Modern Australian cuisine with management and leadership . Recently Min used to manage the restaurants and cafes as executive chef with all his heart. During this time, Min was working as private catering chef under various agency and fine dining catering company for many years.
Min’s passion for sourcing quality, local product and preparing it in a vibrant, contemporary manner reflects in his menus.
